Our vision for news at Publiks.Org is to bring to your attention core, substantive, fact- and context-based aspects of current affairs — from a range of geopolitical and social settings to you and fellow users via a set of feeds on our platforms.

Future development of The Publks Newsfeeds will feature solutions to classic and new problems posed by the translation and transliteration of news across cultures, politics and scripts, and also by the effort to achieve and support a balance in coverage of local, national and global settings and underrepresented peoples and issues.

Such solutions, we believe, will illustrate how we see experience and training in the humanities and technology as essential, even vital to keeping us informed.
