PUBLIKS AS CORPORATION
Alvan Azinna Ikoku has founded Publiks Inc as a distinct, independent private corporation. Its principal executive office is in the US, while its corporate mission serves communities within and outside the country. A main priority for the company is to enhance public awareness of, public knowledge of, and public interest in peoples and societies in Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australasia/Oceania, and Europe — as well as local and global relations among said peoples and societies.
PUBLIKS GOVERNANCE
Ikoku shall be the President and Chair of Publiks Inc and continue to design, develop and oversee distribution and progress of its content, products, and services.
